Nestled in the heart of British Columbia is the Okanagan (Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and beyond)— with its own international airport.

The Journey

This all begins with clarity and intention. Our process is discreet, structured, and thoughtfully curated from first conversation to final execution.

Initial Inquiry

Complete the Let’s Get Started form to share your organization’s objectives, and preferred timing. Within 48 hours, you will receive a personal confirmation via email and text, along with an invitation to schedule a phone or video call.

Executive Consultation

During the call, we explore your strategic priorities, guest profile, and investment range. This ensures alignment before any design begins.

Bespoke Proposal

Following our call, we present two curated proposal tiers aligned with your objectives and budget parameters. Each outlines venue direction, experience design, and a refined investment overview. You will have 14 days to confirm your selected direction.

Confirmation & Investment

Upon approval, a formal agreement form is issued, and a 30% deposit secures your dates, accommodation deposits, and initiates detailed planning.

Investment Schedule

30% upon confirmation
30% due 90 days prior to the event
Final balance due 35 days prior
