Already known for her work with The Chic Experience and events like Connect and CoLab, Amy is building on her passion for community, connection, and purposeful business growth.
The idea sparked a few years ago when she turned down a large-scale corporate event that didn’t align with her values. That “no” planted the seed for something more intentional. Rather than one-off gatherings, Amy is focused on hosting high-touch retreats that highlight the best of the region—think local wineries, helicopter tours, farm-to-table dining, and expert-led sessions that create meaningful and memorable moments for corporate teams.
Balancing multiple roles—entrepreneur, mom, mentor, and connector—Amy credits her ability to stay energized to doing work she truly loves. Behind the scenes, a small but mighty team supports the logistics, while Amy leads the creative vision. “If it feels like a yes, I make room for it,” she says. That mindset has already led to landing her first client before the official launch.
